Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unopened and in its original packaging
- The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery
- The product must be in the same condition as when received
- You must provide proof of purchase
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us using the information provided on our contact page. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please include this number with your return shipment.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as sending the wrong item or a defective product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened coffee products (for health and safety reasons)
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items without proof of purchase
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after we've approved it, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
